Thanks, Frank, glad to have subscribed, you're the man, my first $ contribution to anyone.

It's up to you, more than any other, to set things straight. No one else has your intellectual firepower and articulation for which I'm grateful and for which imbues the most responsibility thereof. The fate of the West is at stake, you provide hope, and odds against us at present.

It's a big job but I have faith in you, keep it up!

Many commenters in the US incorrectly, imo, diagnose this civilization-destroying madness as a resurgence of communism. There are far too many monied interests and individuals leading and cheerleading the destruction to think that the spirit of Lenin is at work in the world. Sure, many ignorant foot soldiers might be inspired by Marx, but they are simply useful idiots to the Oligarchs wrecking Christendom. And exactly 0% of our rulers are Communists. If they need noodle-armed boys in Che t-shirts or fat, blue-haired girls with hammer and sickle tattoos on their forearms, so be it. One uses the tools available to achieve the task at hand.

You know: what goes through my mind at this troubling time are some of the final words that my Dad said to me: "Do the right thing.". He was right. In my view all the rest of this, that and the other political stances, religions, -isms of all kinds, "wise" assertions, etc. is, to my ear, noise, sometimes interesting, often not.

So, regarding "globalism". It is clearly not a good thing. It is unrealistic in that it does not recognise tribal identities, it denies the validity of patriotism, it undermines cultural inheritance. It is not righteous.

I know instinctively what is right: I try to do it. I often fail. I am only human. But I try.

Is Globalism just dotting the i's and crossing the t's that lead back to those that can continually influence the rubbing out of the dots and the crosses (apt) , so as the dots and crosses never fully lead to those that have always done this, the reason being they are the king of labels. having themselves to be relabelled so as to just carry on , whilst the rest of us argue, for eternity as well as historically it is us opposed to them that just can't get along.

They seem to have got along just fine for ages.

Or is that a load of old bollox too like shaped society itself?

I hate globalism too Frank. PS: One little off the record question: what are the names of your kids?
