The ecstasy of St Teresa, Bernini, 1652.

I was reading Ezra Pound last night, who said “Literature is news that stays news”.

Thanks to my dear friend Mr Kevin Michael Grace, and there is a kenning1, I also read Francois Villon’s masterpiece about the snows of yesteryear.

So I wrote a canto for you in the shed, and it is difficult2. Bear with me because I will fight for you with beauty and the truth, though it break my heart.

I will go on a bit about the world, then the poems. Then a bit more.

Quotes followed by roman numerals refer to the Cantos of Ezra Pound.
