This morning sees the announcement that Zelensky has agreed to talks with Russia and a venue is being arranged. I hope these talks take place and that the war stops immediately.

Putin is Hitler, war is terrible, Ukraine is winning, people who ask questions are traitors.

There is a clear division emerging in the West, again, and this latest one is about screaming at people who do not take a side. I do not have ‘a side’. No one is fighting on my side.

This war is an appalling mess and is simply the resolution by violence of a problem which could have been solved with words. Worse, any words approaching wisdom are traitorous.

Well here is a spot of sedition for anyone who prefers history to the History channel and its endless Hitler documentaries.
